About Me
My name is Nina Arjaans, mother of three, born in the Netherlands on September 19, 1979.
My mission is simple yet profound: to bring more balance, peace, joy, love, and prosperity into the world. Life has given me both challenges and blessings, and each experience has shaped me into the person I am today.
My journey with yoga began during my first pregnancy at the age of 28, when prenatal yoga helped me deeply relax and connect with myself. Years later, after my father passed away in 2010, I returned to yoga for support. What started as a weekly class soon became a calling, and in 2011 I began my foundational yoga teacher training at Blikopener in Tilburg.
Although I started the training for myself, I quickly realized I wanted to share yoga with others. In 2012, I enrolled in a four-year Hatha/Raja teacher training, which I completed in 2015. Those years felt like a journey of personal therapy and transformation, giving me new perspectives on life.
Since then, I have continued expanding my knowledge with a wide range of trainings: children’s yoga, parent-child yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, power yoga, Pilates (levels 1 and 2, including specialties for back and lung issues), baby massage, classical massage, pregnancy massage, and natural nutrition.
In 2017, I felt the need to go deeper. I trained as a holistic family and child therapist at Nieuwetijdscentrum Lichtkind/Lichtvlinder, where I learned how body and mind are profoundly connected. This training gave me the tools to guide people on a deeper level, beyond what is possible in a yoga class. Since January 2020, I have been working officially as a holistic therapist.
For me, this work is not just a profession, but a way of life. I believe in living fully, enjoying every moment, and not wasting time on what does not bring joy. Everyone has the freedom to live in alignment with themselves, as long as it causes no harm (ahimsa).
In February 2024, I followed my long-held dream and moved to the Costa Blanca in Spain to continue my work here. I feel incredibly grateful to live and share my passion in such a beautiful place.
Massage has added another dimension to my practice. Through touch, I can often feel where blockages are in the body — sometimes even their origins. This intuitive sense allows me to guide people more deeply in their healing journey.
I see my path as a lifelong journey of growth and learning. My passion and mission are to support others in creating balance, health, and happiness in their lives.
Namaste,
Nina
The Studio
The studio is located in San Fulgencio (in the Urbanization of La Marina) on the Costa Blanca in Spain, just a stone’s throw from the beach.
We work with small groups (maximum 6 people), because I find it important to give everyone the attention and guidance they need. During class I demonstrate the postures, but I also focus on each participant individually. I will gently guide you deeper into a posture when it feels right for your body, always respecting your own boundaries.
In addition to group classes, I also offer one-to-one sessions for those who prefer personal guidance, as well as sessions on location — bringing yoga, Pilates, or massage to your home or holiday stay. This way, the practice adapts to your needs and lifestyle.
INFINITY HEALTHY BODY & MIND IS A PLACE TO FIND CALM, TO NURTURE BOTH BODY AND MIND, AND TO RELEASE BLOCKAGES SO YOU CAN BECOME THE HEALTHIEST AND HAPPIEST VERSION OF YOURSELF.
The word Infinity literally means endlessness, without limits.
The infinity symbol — also called the lemniscate, the horizontal figure eight — has no beginning and no end. For some it represents infinite love, for others endless life, or a lifelong journey of learning. The two circles meet in the center, symbolizing balance, harmony, and equality. That is our mission.
Personal attention is at the heart of everything we do. Our groups are small, so you never feel lost in the crowd. We also allow space between classes for questions, feedback, or a personal conversation before or after your practice. With us, you are not a number — you are seen, heard, and supported.
All our classes are offered with joy, care, knowledge, and love. We are proud members of the Vereniging Yogadocenten Nederland, which represents quality yoga education and teaching.
We look forward to welcoming you.
