At Infinity Healthy Body & Mind, you can also book private sessions fully tailored to your personal situation.
Especially in these turbulent times, private classes can be very beneficial for both body and mind. In a safe and relaxed environment, you can work on improving your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Sessions can also take place at your home or another location. Feel free to ask about the possibilities!
Private sessions are suitable for:
- Specific complaints and/or injuries that require extra care and attention. With approval from your doctor and/or physiotherapist, we’ll create one or more customized classes designed to stay within your physical limits.
- Physical and/or emotional blockages you want to work on. Yoga can be combined with holistic therapy techniques. There are various tools that can support your process. An intake session will help determine which approach suits you best.
- Working on your mental and/or physical health with a personalized program. For example: reaching your ideal weight, gaining more energy, experiencing more joy in life, or developing more self-love.
- If you’d love to do yoga and/or Pilates but prefer not to join a group.
- If you want to take classes at times that suit you best and not be tied to a fixed schedule.
- If you want to get active again but aren’t quite ready to return to the gym. Power yoga and Pilates are great ways to improve your fitness, strength, and endurance.
- If you want to master the techniques of yoga and Pilates before joining a group class.

I also offer treatments and classes at your location – whether it’s your holiday home or other beautiful spot – so you can fully relax and allow body and mind to come into balance. I bring everything you need for a total relaxation at your location.
Travel Fee
To be able to bring the same care and attention to you, a small travel fee applies per visit:
- Within 5 km: €5,00
- Within 10 km €10,00
- Within 15 km €15,00
- Beyond 20 km: by arrangement
